07.08.2024 – After less than two years of construction, the new H209 aircraft hangar on the AIRBUS site in Hamburg Finkenwerder went into operation today. This approx. 110 x 80 meters aircraft assembly hangar with adjoining workshop and office wing and a 40 meters high apron tower is another important building block in the expansion of production capacity at the AIRBUS factory site.
Our engineering office has been a reliable partner to AIRBUS for many years in the planning and construction of various hangars and office buildings. As recently as August 2022, we celebrated the opening of the H210 hangar.
We are delighted with the long-standing trust that AIRBUS has placed in our engineering office. Furthermore, we are excited about the next commissioning. This will be next year for hangar H262. The structural design for this will also be carried out by us.
