It starts with an idea. What finally matters is the deed.
The construction engineer leaves pure theory behind, at the latest after his graduation. From that moment on, all that counts are ideas which are not only brilliant but also realisable.
However, whether an idea really is brilliant or not can ultimately only be seen some years after its realisation. Will the structure and its materials stand the ravages of time, or will they be smitten by chemical agents and physical forces?
Only when the construction can ultimately cope with the dynamics of its natural living space, can it be considered good enough to be a reference project.
