Our office is located between Gänsemarkt and Dammtor station, right in the heart of central Hamburg. Our location is particularly popular with staff thanks to its excellent accessibility – whether by bike or public transport.
Also for visitors from further afield, whether by rail or air, getting here from the station or airport is child’s play. And we’re easily reached by car via the A1 or A7 motorways.
When the tummy starts to rumble, local restaurants offer the perfect power lunch for stressed-out office workers. The restaurants in Hamburg’s city centre strike the perfect balance between “quick” and “delicious”. We have a choice: tailored lunch options in the city or a relaxed pause by the Inner Alster or in the park at “Planten un Blomen”. Even quick errands feel like a leisurely stroll through Hamburg’s city centre.

With the Jobticket, our employees can travel to work in a smart, affordable and environmentally friendly way. And that’s not all. The Jobticket is recognised nationwide on local transport as the Deutschland-Ticket; it offers benefits at weekends and during leisure time, and it can be used as a mobile ticket via an app. So it is valid not only for the journey to work, but also for private travel throughout Germany.
We handle the registration and billing, and we also cover the bulk of the costs. The financial contribution required from our employees is minimal.
We offer our staff the Premium version of the Jobticket. This enables the holder to take one adult and three children (aged 6-14) free of charge across the whole hvv network (Hamburg’s public transport network) at weekends and on public holidays.

Our workforce is full of cycling power. The majority of our staff rely on muscle rather than motor power to get to the office.
Cycling to work means that we start the day in a healthy, climate-neutral and cost-effective way – the perfect start to the morning. And after work, we take a deep breath and leave the traffic behind us for a relaxed bike ride home for the evening.
We have our own large, secure, private bike park in the office courtyard. No chance for thieves – you can just lock up and relax – our bikes stay where they belong.
Our bike park is available to our staff free of charge. And to keep the wheels turning, we have all bikes checked over once a year free of charge.

Bad news: we don’t provide company cars. The good news is that we now offer our employees company bike leasing with JobRad.
The concept is similar to the familiar company car leasing – but with bicycles and e-bikes instead of cars. Our staff members can choose their preferred bike themselves and then obtain it simply and conveniently for their own use through our office. The employee only contributes a small personal share to the leasing instalments, while the office takes care of everything else, including insurance and annual inspections.
At the end of the leasing term, the bicycle can be purchased at attractive conditions. Alternatively, employees can simply return the bike at the end of the term and immediately lease a new bike if they wish.

For some employees, their own car is the only realistic way to get to work.
Even in Hamburg’s close-knit public transport network, there are places where the last bus service doesn’t reach and a car becomes essential. Some employees rely on the individual mobility offered by a car for health reasons. For others, a car is essential for managing their family’s daily routine.
If a private car is regularly needed for the commute to work, we will arrange a permanent parking space at our office location.
