In its article, the Hamburg-based magazine for architecture, modern living and lifestyle highlights the fact that the Deutschlandhaus is a modern building, following in the tradition of Hamburg's Kontorhaus office buildings but meeting the requirements of our time. The upwardly continuously increasing glass elements give the structure a finely balanced elegance. In the interior, a light-flooded and radiant white, publicly accessible, ellipsoidal atrium is created, spanned by a transparent roof construction. Spatially overlapping inner terraces, rising over 35 metres high, create a fascinating atmosphere and a wide range of uses for the adjacent office space.
