Maritime holiday paradise.

In a building phase of only 20 months, on a former military site of some 10 hectares running for 1.2 kilometres directly beside the Baltic Sea, a holiday paradise has been created with facilities to suit all tastes.

Singles and couples seeking wellness and quiet can find what they need in the 4-star plus hotel. On the other hand, the village hotel is especially attractive for family holidays. The facility has more than 190 apartments spread across more than 20 houses, with numerous catering facilities, swimming pool, sauna, a children’s and youth club, as well as sports and recreational facilities.

All the buildings were erected in an economical brickwork style with reinforced concrete floors and timber roof constructions. Special attractions are the 17 metre long, crossed lattice girders of the membrane roof construction in the swimming pool building. On account of its direct proximity to the Baltic Sea, the basement storeys of the building were made with water-impermeable reinforced concrete and are also secured against upward forces. The storage and boat halls were executed as modern steel constructions.

Here, where soldiers were once stationed, the holidaymakers are now in command.

Simple modernity meets the Middle Ages.
