New living, working and leisure areas.

With an unobstructed view along the Elbe River to the west, where goods and commodities have been handled daily for the last 100 years, and in close proximity to the Elbphilharmonie, is the Hübener Kai.

To make the quay fit for the future, a modern steel sheet pile wall with a reinforced concrete cross beam and batter piles was installed as an anchor. On this basis, the harbour basin can now also be deepened for the establishment of a planned marina for recreational craft.

Back on land, attractive and high-quality living, working and leisure areas are under development.

All these measures will create a modern quay area that is fit for the future, with attractive uses at this very special location.
