A new neighbour in Heimfeld.
Hamburg’s green Heimfeld district is marked by its many woods and parks, its closeness to the southern arm of the Elbe river and its outstanding infrastructure.
On an 8,900 m² site in the heart of Heimfeld, a mix of apartments and townhouses has been created on a shared underground garage.
The L-shaped development houses 119 apartments and is divided into 9 buildings with up to 5 storeys. In the inner courtyard are 4 three-storey rows of terraced houses with a total of 24 townhouses. The residential complex is supplemented by a basement storey with tenants’ cellars and an underground garage with 114 parking spaces.
The upper storeys were erected in an economical brickwork construction with reinforced concrete floors. The basement was formed as a jointless reinforced concrete construction. The foundation consists of individual and strip foundations.
The Heimfeld Terrassen development is a successful example for the upgrading of the entire quarter. Not least thanks to the activities of our motivated and qualified team, this large-scale building project was successfully completed within the required tight time schedule.
