08.02.2024 - We are delighted to have been awarded a new planning contract.
Offering refugees living space and integrating them into the neighbourhood – that is the idea behind the concept of "UPW - Accommodation with a Housing Perspective". In the popular and lively Hamburg district of Ottensen, Sprinkenhof GmbH has laid the foundations for an infill development in the existing built-up area in consultation with specialist departments, authorities and the Altona planning committee.
The heights and cubature of the new inner courtyard development are harmonised with the character of the existing buildings. Combined with a second structure in Friedensallee, up to 200 units will be created in a residential complex directly connected to the existing buildings.
We are pleased to have been commissioned as structural engineers and are now looking forward to developing a suitable design and realising the client's goals in collaboration with the whole planning team under the leadership of the architect.
