03.11.2023 - In a bidding consortium with OBERMEYER Infrastruktur GmbH & Co. KG, we have been awarded the planning contract for the double-tracking of the railway line “Route 6100” in Hamburg.
Over a length of 3.5 km, the highly frequented single-track ICE line between Hamburg and Berlin is to be upgraded with a second track in preparation for the introduction of Germany’s clockface timetable (“Deutschlandtakt”). Eight bridges, several kilometres of supporting structures for the widening of an embankment, and complex adaptations of adjacent buildings and technical facilities are to be planned. In addition to all object and specialist planning, we will also provide surveying services with the help of a state-of-the-art surveying train from Plasser & Theurer. The overall planning will be carried out as BIM planning. We have already planned the renewal of the directly adjacent railway bridge over Anckelmannsplatz on “Route 6100”. As far as there, the line is already double-tracked and ready for steadily increasing train numbers.
