22.09.2023 - The view from the busy Gänsemarkt or Dammtorstraße to the new Deutschlandhaus, with its special and unusually designed brick façade, is now unobstructed.
ABG will hand over the spaces in the new Deutschlandhaus to its major tenant, HASPA, before the end of this autumn. Preparatory work on the rental spaces for the other tenants, Block House and Aston-Martin, is also progressing rapidly, and marketing of the apartments in Valentinskamp will begin shortly.
The special structural design challenges – arising from the very difficult below-ground situation with the shallow underground station at Gänsemarkt and the requirements resulting from the complex component geometry on all floors – are already history. Now we look forward to the building’s inauguration, when the atrium, spanned by a filigree steel construction, will be accessible to all for the first time.
