Housing megaproject in Pinneberg: the centrepiece is complete.
17.10.2025 – Rockstone Real Estate, as investor, celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the centrepiece of the new ILO Park residential quarter today together with the mayor of Pinneberg, the planners and the construction company.
The now completed shell of the eight-storey building is a landmark visible from afar. It is intended primarily for modern medical practices as MEDZENTRUM PINNEBERG.
The construction of the building took just seven months.
The completion of the shell marks another milestone in the development of the district, which will feature 500 new apartments on the site of the former ILO engine works.
