Invitation: Kapstadtring 5 office building in Hamburg City Nord.
24.06.2025 - The Architecture and Engineering Day 2025 in Hamburg will take place on 28 and 29 June. The new office building at Kapstadtring 5 will also be represented and can be visited by anyone interested as part of a guided tour.
The up to 60 metre high office building - designed by architects BARKOW LEIBINGER - is made up of three staggered high-rise buildings. The almost 100 metre long building allows for new and varying office concepts in the future. The focus was on flexibility and sustainability. The LEED Gold certification impressively confirms this.
Our engineering office was able to contribute to the success of the project with the engineering services for the structural design.
Barkow Leibinger architects will be presenting the project on Saturday 28 June at 1, 2 and 3 pm. The meeting point is in front of the SIGNAL IDUNA building at Kapstadtring 5.
