06.08.2025 – The building application for PALAIS ROSSMARKT has been submitted.
The ABG Real Estate Group is planning to construct a new building for the former Deutsche Bank headquarters on the historic Roßmarkt in the centre of Frankfurt (Main). The planning is based on the iconic design by Staab Architekten, who won a high-calibre competition. By removing the roof structure from 1960, the original proportions and effect of the neo-Renaissance façades were restored. In its place is a recessed, floor-to-ceiling glazed structure with a cantilevered roof and a surrounding terrace. The 1960s extension and the built-up mezzanine floors give way to expansive, spacious office floors and well-proportioned inner courtyards.
