31.08.2023 - The new footbridge over the river Oste in the Heeslingen district of the municipality of Zeven was ceremoniously inaugurated on 25.08.2023.
The feedback from all those involved, as well as from the bridge’s users, is consistently positive. Those responsible praise the attractive visual appearance of the bridge, the speedy construction process and the very good cost-benefit ratio, while for its users the bridge’s most important plus points are its more generous width, higher railings and a design that blends in with its surroundings.
Pilgrims, walkers and bicycle commuters can now use and enjoy the connection between Heeslingen and Zeven.
