08.05.2023 - The building application has been submitted for the subsequent extension beneath the floor of the hall.
In 2020, we completed the planning for the new construction of AIRBUS Hall 210. The commissioning of the approx. 8,400 m² aircraft assembly hall took place in the summer of 2022.
But the requirements from the manufacturing side are continuously increasing. This also applies to assembly buildings such as Hall 210. Here, an additional hydraulic supply is needed, with a hydraulic unit, tank and pumps, as well as supply lines to the construction areas in the hall. Space for this can only be created below the hall floor. All the necessary rooms and media ducts will be constructed beneath the existing hall using mining techniques. While the hall continues in full operation, approx. 160 metres of media duct runs and technical rooms with a total area of approx. 570 m² will be suspended under the hall floor. We are responsible for the structural engineering.
