19.10.2023 – Recently, a new highlight has appeared on the Inner Alster to admire and enjoy, in both the architectural and culinary sense.
The Grill-Royal restaurant occupies a large space on the ground floor of the renovated Ballinhof. It combines great cuisine with innovative interior design in a special building whose facades, restored with great sensitivity, give the building a special feel.
We, together with our clients, are happy with the very accomplished revitalisation of the building, in which the structural design has successfully combined both the client's demands for economic efficiency and the architect's diverse wishes in terms of design and technical facilities with the fulfilment of ecological and conservational requirements.
