18.05.2025 - For a long time, the Tichelhaus on Willy-Brandt-Straße was hidden behind scaffolding - but for some time now, the finished façade can finally be marvelled at in all its glory. The combination of handmade bricks and precise architecture blends strikingly into the cityscape and sets a modern accent.
We at Ingenieurbüro Dr Binnewies were able to work on this special and challenging project as structural engineers - and we really enjoyed it! From the initial calculations to completion, it was an exciting challenge that we successfully mastered together as a project team with the client Quest Investment Partners.
The building - designed by architects Christ and Gantenbein - offers around 8,000 m² of space for offices, flats and restaurants on the ground floor - and with the façade now visible, the Nikolai Quarter has been enriched by another highlight. We are delighted to have been part of this project!
