22.03.2024 - The final building work in the rental floors of the new Deutschlandhaus is nearing completion.
The team from the major tenant HASPA is enthusiastically preparing to move into its new, ultra-modern offices in Gänsemarkt. The BLOCK HOUSE restaurant group will also be welcoming diners to its new branch in Deutschlandhaus from May onwards. And in the new ASTON MARTIN showroom on the ground floor of Deutschlandhaus, the vehicles of the legendary British sports car manufacturer can soon be admired in some 400 square metres of floorspace.
For us as structural engineers, the construction project presented numerous challenges. But these are now history. We look forward to the moment when the last crane is dismantled and the building’s inner hall, crowned by its filigree skylight dome, will be freely accessible to all.
