Milestone for a residential mega-project in Pinneberg.
27.04.2023 – Today, the investors, Rockstone Real Estate, accompanied by the mayor of the town of Pinneberg as well as the planners and the construction company, celebrated the laying of the foundation stone for the second construction phase.
This is a further milestone in this residential mega-project adjacent to Pinneberg railway station - on the site of the former ILO motor works - with a total of over 500 apartments. The second construction phase that has now started comprises five residential buildings with a total of 126 apartments and a large underground car park with 122 parking spaces. Due to unfavourable soil conditions close to the Mühlenau river, deep foundations are needed. The 425 FUNDEX cast-in-place concrete displacement piles required for this have already been produced. The first piles have been capped, and the shell construction can begin!
The completion of the second construction phase is planned for the end of 2024. And the plans for a third construction phase have already been prepared.
