11.09.2024 - The renovation work is almost complete.
The listed Hindenburghaus in the up-and-coming Nicolai district of Hamburg's inner city is being developed by Quest Management GmbH and converted into new and modern residential, office and commercial space. After an intensive project preparation and planning phase, the shell construction work for the necessary interventions in the existing building, with partial continued use of individual spaces and the special organisational and construction-related features arising from this, is now largely complete.
Also in the case of this existing building, due to the divergent and partially weakened structure, a sensitive statics approach and special engineering expertise were required to achieve the client's ambitious goals. We are looking forward to the opening of special shops in the contemporary designed areas on the ground floor.
