09.04.2024 – Today, investors Rockstone Real Estate celebrated the topping-out ceremony for the second construction phase of the housing mega-project at Pinneberg railway station together with the mayor of Pinneberg, the planners and the construction company.
The foundation stone for the second construction phase was laid just recently. And today, less than 12 months later, we can already celebrate the topping-out ceremony for the five residential buildings of the second construction phase with a total of 126 apartments and a large underground car park with 122 parking spaces.
This is the next big step towards a total of 500 new apartments on the site of the former ILO motor works.
Completion of the 2nd construction phase is planned for the beginning of 2025. And the 3rd construction phase is already in the pipeline.
