Planning starts for over 40 homes in the heart of Ottensen.
08.04.2024 - The planning team is complete; planning has started.
At today's kick-off meeting, together with the client, Sprinkenhof GmbH, the architects Hohaus, Hinz & Seifert and the other specialist planners for technical building services and outdoor facilities, we set the initial course for targeted and successful planning for over 200 residential units in line with the “UPW - Accommodation with a Housing Perspective” concept.
We are happy to be involved as structural engineers. We were delighted to be awarded the contract in February, which also includes planning services for building acoustics and thermal insulation.
